Refund policy

STUDIO RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

To maintain fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation terms apply to all studio rental bookings:

1. Full Refund
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time are eligible for a full refund.

2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the booking time, subject to availability.

4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee.

5. Late Arrival
Rental time begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. Late arrivals do not extend the booking period.

6. Emergency Circumstances
Requests due to emergency situations may be reviewed at the discretion of Pomegranate Creative Studio.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
